Pumpkin Smoothie

Pumpkin is rich in beta-carotene, a powerful antioxidant. This smoothie is like a pumpkin pie in a glass with the added benefit of being healthy.

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup of organic canned pumpkin
  • 1/2 a cup of organic Greek yogurt
  • 2 teaspoons of pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 organic banana
  • 1 teaspoon of honey
  • 1 cup of ice cubes

Instructions:

  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and mix until smooth.
