Watermelon Bites

Although this snack is really simple to make, it is super healthy. The organic cheese is a perfect partner to the refreshing taste of the watermelon.


  • 1 six ounce block of organic feta cheese
  • 1/2 a pound of organic watermelon
  • Fresh basil leaves


  1. Cut the feta cheese into small 1-inch squares.
  2. Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
  3. Place a cheese slice and basil each cube. Stick a toothpick through and serve.
