- 1 six ounce block of organic feta cheese
- 1/2 a pound of organic watermelon
- Fresh basil leaves
- Cut the feta cheese into small 1-inch squares.
- Cut the watermelon into 1-inch cubes.
- Place a cheese slice and basil each cube. Stick a toothpick through and serve.
