- 2/3 cup of frozen organic peaches
- 2/3 cup of frozen organic mangos
- 1/4 cup frozen organic baby spinach
- 2/3 cup of coconut milk
- 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
- 1 tablespoon of raw honey
- 6 ounces of organic Greek yogurt
- Place all ingredients in a blender.
