Tropical Smoothie With a Green Twist

Treat yourself to a yummy tropical fruit smoothie that’s super easy, quick and healthy. The Greek yogurt provides probiotics and calcium while the spinach give you a burst of vitamins A and C. Flaxseeds are heart healthy and are a rich source of fiber-type antioxidants.


  • 2/3 cup of frozen organic peaches
  • 2/3 cup of frozen organic mangos
  • 1/4 cup frozen organic baby spinach
  • 2/3 cup of coconut milk
  • 1 teaspoon ground flaxseed
  • 1 tablespoon of raw honey
  • 6 ounces of organic Greek yogurt


  1. Place all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend ingredients until smooth and well mixed.
  3. Serve immediately for best results.
