Salty Kale Chips

This super easy and healthy snack is a great alternative to potato chips. Top with a little cheese for a protein boost.


  • 20 leaves of organic kale
  • 1/2 a cup of olive oil
  • Organic grated parmesan cheese


  1. Arrange the kale leaves on a baking sheet.
  2. Spritz or paint the chips with the olive oil.
  3. Bake at 350 degrees F until the chips are crispy.
  4. Top with cheese while chips are warm.
