Spinach Salsa

This super yummy salsa is full of amazing superfoods. Mix up a batch and store in the fridge until ready to serve then eat with some whole wheat pita chips.


  • 1 cup of organic spinach
  • 2 garlic cloves, peeled
  • 1/4 of an organic onion, peeled
  • 1 spicy organic chili, deseeded
  • 4 parsley sprigs
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
  • Juice of one organic lemon


  1. Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
