This super yummy salsa is full of amazing superfoods. Mix up a batch and store in the fridge until ready to serve then eat with some whole wheat pita chips.
- 1 cup of organic spinach
- 2 garlic cloves, peeled
- 1/4 of an organic onion, peeled
- 1 spicy organic chili, deseeded
- 4 parsley sprigs
- 3 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar
- Juice of one organic lemon
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and mix until smooth.
