Avocado Dip

Avocados add a creamy texture to this nutrient-rich dip. Mix some of this great nutritious dip up for a healthy snack with some baked chips or veggie sticks.


  • 1/4 of an organic cucumber
  • 1/2 an organic onion
  • 1/2 an organic avocado
  • 1 teaspoon of organic lemon juice
  • 1/4 of an organic green chili
  • 6 mint leaves
  • 3 basil leaves
  • 3 parsley leaves


  1. Peel, pit, and slice the cucumber, onion, and avocado. Place in a blender.
  2. Place remaining ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth. Garnish with some herb leaves and serve.
