Avocados add a creamy texture to this nutrient-rich dip. Mix some of this great nutritious dip up for a healthy snack with some baked chips or veggie sticks.
- 1/4 of an organic cucumber
- 1/2 an organic onion
- 1/2 an organic avocado
- 1 teaspoon of organic lemon juice
- 1/4 of an organic green chili
- 6 mint leaves
- 3 basil leaves
- 3 parsley leaves
- Peel, pit, and slice the cucumber, onion, and avocado. Place in a blender.
- Place remaining ingredients in the blender and pulse until smooth. Garnish with some herb leaves and serve.
