Throw this healthy snack in a bag and take with you on the road. This treat provides plenty of healthy fat and protein.
- 2 cups of shelled nuts
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 cup of dried organic fruit
- Sea salt to taste
- Preheat your oven to 350-450 degrees F (depending on your oven strength).
- Spread the nuts out on a baking sheet.
- Drizzle with oil and toss to evenly coat.
- Bake nuts for 10 minutes then toss with fruit and salt and serve.
