This super snack is sure to leave you wanting more. Caraway seeds are an excellent source of dietary fiber and vitamins A, E, C and the B’s.
- 6 slices of whole grain bread
- 3 teaspoons of mustard
- 6 thin slices of organic cheddar cheese
- 1 organic tomato
- 3 teaspoons of caraway seeds
- Place 6 slices of bread on an oven pan.
- Put 1/2 a teaspoon of mustard on each slice of bread and spread it thinly.
- Put a slice of cheese on each slice of bread. Put the bread in the oven and broil until crispy.
- Top each slice with a thin piece of tomato and some caraway seeds.
